Thanks to our 30 years of design-build experience, we have taken great consideration into every aspect of these home designs. All of our home plans have been custom designed by us to ensure the best possible product for you. This allows us to maximize all the useable space available. We have accomplished this without greatly increasing the footprint of the homes and more importantly without greatly increasing the price. These homes offer an open plan design accommodating the needs of todays modern lifestyle. Large vaulted ceilings and large windows and transoms help to give a grand sense of scale while allowing plenty of natural light indoors. The Hawthorne
 The Hawthorne is our newest plan. It features a similar split plan design to The Wynfield and The Glenmore in a slightly larger house. New additions include a powder room, a separate laundry room and a covered porch. All the living spaces on this plan are larger than our other two designs. This includes the master suite featuring a 6' whirlpool and 48" tile shower with a full walk in closet.

The Wynfield
 The Wynfield features traditional styles including arched windows in the dormers and pronounced roofs. The side entrance 2 car garage allows for more privacy. A mixture of siding, shakes, and stone are used to provide balance and harmony in the overall design.

The Glenmore
 The Glenmore offers a timeless American classic Craftsman style home. Featuring a low profile roof and large, brick porch columns. The front entrance garage allows easy access and compliments the homes overall appearance. Keeping with the Craftsman styling a variety of gable shakes, siding, and stone are used for this home's exterior.
